The process was smooth and the sales and finance teams were easy to work with. Wayne was great in explaining all my options up front and then spent several hours making sure I was comfortable with every feature, app, etc in the vehicle before I drove it off the lot.

2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Audi EatontownReviews
Audi Eatontown review
I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. No pressure, super helpful and they even put the car up on a lift so I could have a good look underneath. Would highly recommend them. Contact Cliff if you want the white glove treatment.

Their technician, Charles T., is excellent, he's sharp. He brought back my 2007 Audi A4 from a wreck due to previous bad mechanics. Now my car is dreamy, absolutely dreamy. So grateful for his skill and expertise on an old Audi like mine. I believe I will have a few more years with my Audi, so thankful and happy to get my car back to good health. They went beyond for me.

Audi FremontReviews
Audi Fremont review
ad a great experience purchasing my new RS 3 from Audi Fremont! Huge thanks to Sharang, Hunter, and Hadi for making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. I had visited several other Audi dealerships before coming here, and Audi Fremont was easily the best experience. Sharang and Hunter treated me seriously and respectfully from the beginning. I told them that if they could give me a good deal, I was ready to purchase the car that day. They brought Hadi over, worked with me on the numbers, and gave me a great deal on the exact fully loaded RS 3 I wanted. My husband and I are both car enthusiasts, so we really appreciated how knowledgeable everyone was about the car. We had a great time talking cars throughout the process. Excellent customer service, a smooth buying process, and a great deal. I’m extremely happy with my new RS 3 and would definitely come back to Audi Fremont for my next car. Thank you again, Sharang, Hunter, and Hadi!

2022 Audi Q5 review
I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

I had an amazing first car-buying experience with Tyler Hopkins! He helped me purchase my 2016 Honda CR-V and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. I really appreciated his communication and how easy he made everything throughout the process. As a first-time car buyer, having someone so helpful and reliable made such a big difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend Tyler to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Tyler, for making my first car-buying experience such a great one! 🚗✨

The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

The sales rep had the car waiting, and we took it for a ride while he gave me a complete history of the car. There was no high pressure sales and the price was exactly as advertised. I don’t know what my next car might be, but I hope it’s with the same dealer and sales agent!

Audi HendersonReviews
Audi Henderson review
Jae Baik is a master salesperson in the very best sense of the word! We went in not entirely sure which vehicle we wanted, and Jae was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit. He truly listened to everything we had to say, asked the right questions, and helped us narrow down our options without ever making us feel pressured. We ultimately drove home in our beautiful Audi Q8, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! What really stood out was the level of service we received throughout the entire experience. Our transaction continued well past closing time, and I kept apologizing for keeping everyone late. Their response? Essentially, "Let's get everything right before you go home!" They never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. That level of care and commitment to getting everything right speaks volumes about this dealership and its team. Isaiah, the Technology Specialist, was also fantastic! He was incredibly patient, helpful, and thorough in walking us through the technology and features of our new Q8. He made sure we felt comfortable and understood everything before heading out. The entire team at Audi Henderson deserves recognition, too. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and several team members came over to congratulate us on our purchase. They even made a fuss over our Frenchie, Chloe! ❤️ It's wonderful to find a dealership that is not only customer-focused but genuinely dog-friendly. If our needs ever change, we will absolutely be going back to Jae! If you're looking for a knowledgeable, patient, personable salesperson who truly puts your needs first, ask for Jae Baik at Audi Henderson. The entire experience was exceptional, and we couldn't recommend him or this dealership more highly!

I bought my 2022 Wagoneer this week and could not have been happier with the entire experience. Joe, Brian, Chris, Krissy, and the finance team we’re all phenomenal. I have a lot of vehicle purchases under my belt and this team has without a doubt been the best. They have earned our business for years to come. Thanks to everyone on the team for making us feel like more than just a sale.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

I sent an availability check email and got a response with five minutes. I was able to speak with a sales person and secured all the data I requested with 30 minutes. The sales Rep, Sodi was so professional throughout. The GM wrote me after my first visit to the store, I bought nothing then but He, Josh, welcomed me to the family and hoped we did business. The purchasing processing was fast and flexible. A day after my sales person sent me a thank you email. I only purchased a used car, but they allowed me to feel welcome, appreciated and supported. I refer my friend to them on the spot, hope they get the car they want and feel the experience I did.
