The Audi Exchange Highland ParkReviews
The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

AutoNation Honda West KnoxvilleReviews
AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I contacted the dealership service center to help me with my car after dealing with a problem with my starter for longer than I should have. One young man treated me with kindness, respect and compassion. I had already dealt with others who treated me like I was "just a stupid woman." He listened and was quick to come up with a solution. He made sure I was taken care of through the entire process. He gave me his business card, texted me all the information needed and made sure everything was taken care of. They provided me with a loaner car to use while my car was being repaired. When I came back to get my car after it was repaired, Gus recognized me immediately and was quick to help me. I have my car back and now hopefully don't have to worry if my car will start every day anymore. 1st time doing hard car things on my own after the end of my marriage. Where others were not kind, this young man showed me that not all service centers have to be scary and that sometimes a simple gesture of kindness can help me do the hard things. I will return to their service center for future needs and will be sure to ask for Gus!

Fishers Imports NWReviews
Fishers Imports NW review
Pleasant, professional, and timely experience with Fishers Imports NW - with a few exceptions. They included a "Fishers Gold Package" which is simply the dealers fee of ~$600. (The typical dealer fee in Indiana is ~$200 according to AI). The used car we purchased was not adequately detailed (much dog hair which was addressed & spilled sticky substance on the back seat and carpet which was not). The GM/service rep were supposed to reach out to me on the Monday following the sale of the car regarding the cars alignment, they did not. I had to call them. The phone call was necessary because it wasn't clear from the dealer paperwork (that I had to request because it was not offered to me at the sale) what service they actually completed on the car. There was only a checklist that indicated "pass" on the items they had listed. I had to pay for a necessary alignment elsewhere.

I had an amazing first car-buying experience with Tyler Hopkins! He helped me purchase my 2016 Honda CR-V and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. I really appreciated his communication and how easy he made everything throughout the process. As a first-time car buyer, having someone so helpful and reliable made such a big difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend Tyler to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Tyler, for making my first car-buying experience such a great one! 🚗✨

Mercedes-Benz of Marietta review
I had been running around town for a week trying to get tires for my car. I only needed two but everyone kept telling me, being that I had a Mercedes Benz I would have to replace all four or possibly mess the car up. That was a total lie/ I called Mercedes Benz of Marietta and was told to bring the vehicle in to be inspected that day. Once I got there Nicholas was beyond helpful. He explained to me exactly what I needed after the car and tires were inspected. From here on out that’s where I’ll be taking my car for any kind of service.

This is a car everyone should look at, it is the best car in it's class, nothing comes close. I also would highly recommend Crown Audi Clearwater. They made our experience smooth and easy. Go see Amy Sizemore she is a true professional.

Audi Las Vegas review
Purchased and after interest and extended warranty, paid over 65K for this car. I am a repete customer and this is my 2nd purchase in 4 years from dealership. Noticed a curbed front wheel when I got home that afternoon and upon returning, they told me that they would charge me $150.
2020 Audi Q8 review
First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

Working with salesperson Abdu was a pleasure from start to finish. He was thorough and when issues were out of his control he was very communicative in letting me know what was happening. He was very personable and explained the car in great detail as this was my first experience with MB of Springfield. I love my purchase and my deal which was also a pleasurable experience with the finance person. I look forward to future engagements with the rest of the Departments.

AutoNation Chevrolet Doral review
Love my experience with Alain Hernandez. He gave us a great tour of the different kind of SUVs, which I was interested in, just did know which brand. He asked me different questions of my interest and he finalize it to the Equinox RS. After test driving I was sure that was the perfect car for me, which was a birthday gift from my husband. I really appreciate the patient of Alain, he respected my ideas that I bought to the table. But what mostly impressed me the most he respected our space, he WAS NOT the ordinary pushy Salesman and his knowledge of the inventory and that lead us to the purchase of our SUV. Once purchased, we received emails from Alain checking on us and extend any assistance if needed. Thank you so much Alain
