Second-fastest dealership experience I?ve ever had, which was great. No wasted time, no games and no gimmicks. Assuming the used vehicle I bought turns out to be good (too early to tell), I?ll be happy overall. Smart, helpful staff were great to work with. The only issue I have is the sloppy quality of the ?detailing? my car got. Crumbs and crud under a latch in the center console, film on the inside of the windshield, and folded-down, third-row seats that were clearly not looked at whatsoever. I lifted them the second day after bringing my 14-year-old Toyota Highlander home and, yes, it?s an older vehicle that was otherwise clean, but those third-row sears reek. Wish I would have checked that a lot earlier.

On Friday, August 7, 2026, I went to Weber Chevrolet to find a new vehicle. I went, specifically to learn about the Chevrolet Equinox electric vehicle (EV). I entered the dealership and told the receptionist what I was looking for. She directed me toward Rob Joiner. I learned he was the Weber’s specialist in the Equinox EV. Rob was very friendly and definitely knew the Equinox EV. He answered all my questions quickly and completely. My goal coming to Weber was to be more ready to purchase an Equinox EV when I left Weber than before I arrived. Rob definitely helped me to achieve that goal. Rob helped me learn as much as I could about the new vehicle, informing me of all the options and differences between the LT1 and LT2. He gave me the time to examine the features sheet for each vehicle to determine which one fit me best. Rob explained anything I had questions about between the lists. He was very patient while allowing me to explore which vehicle was best for me. I felt no pressure to hurry up and make a decision. He offered me to take a test drive but I declined. I left with an appointment to return the following Monday. On Monday I took a test drive and got a sense of how the vehicle operates. I had a hybrid. The EV was a step up. I had pretty much decided to lease the Equinox EV before I returned Monday. Rob helped me with everything I needed accomplish that. He made it clear that I could call him or visit him at Weber with any questions I had which would make me better understand the vehicle. Rodney Feltus at Joe Myers Toyota was fantastic to work with. He was personable, listened well, and proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable. After our ordered-from-factory car arrived, Rodney gave my wife and I what's *easily* the most thorough tour of a new, high-tech car with we've ever gotten. His tour was *way* better than the standard "Here's the keys, now get out of here" some dealers seem to do. Part of the reason we chose Joe Myers is because Rodney was the only sales rep among several dealerships we talked to, who was willing to give us a *proper* number on what the 'drive off' price would be for a factory-ordered car. Every other dealership we talked to essentially refused to put any price in writing- asking us to put money down for an order, then negotiate a price *after* arrival. No thanks! Aside from the care and attention we were given *before* our purchase, Rodney got in contact a while after our purchase to check how we were doing with our new purchase (we *love* it!). Another nice *very* note- I needed a dealer signature on a form in order to get a Texas rebate for my new car. I contacted Rodney about it, emailed him a document to print and sign- and that was it- an envelope with the printed and signed documents arrived at my house a week later, with no need for extra reminders. I *really* appreciate that level of care being shown after the original transaction was complete, and would *definitely* recommend this place (and especially our sales person, Rodney) to others

I wanna start off by saying my last Experience approaching a vehicle from Sun Toyota In Holiday Florida was a complete nightmare. That was two years ago. I went in yesterday to have a couple of things taken care of. The gentlemen by the name of Michael Shumaker Was the first person that I spoke to when I pulled into the bay. I explain issues I had said while you’re waiting can I show you a car that I think would be happier with. From the very beginning, I told him The issues that I had with my prior purchase. He was so patient and still took the time to go over her numbers to see if he could match my payment. I received the inspection of my vehicle at 8:34 AM. At 11:17 AM the advisor called me and asked me what they wanted to do about Top mounted brake light. At that point, I put my phone on mute with the advisor and told Michael that I needed to walk out of the store because I was furious. He followed me out to talk to me. I told him that thanks to the advisor that he just lost a sale. When I went back inside, he sat down with me the waiting section and we talk some more. Let’s just say he not only came up with the best offer, he got me a better deal on it the vehicle that is completely loaded and is in perfect condition and I looked at him and I said you’ve got a deal and shook my hand. Michael Shumaker Was extremely patient with me. He went to the mat for me and got me a payment that was no more than seven dollars more than my original payment. Not only that but I do not have to make a payment for 45 days as well as I’m getting over a $500 refund check from something that they had put on my old car loan two years ago. This guy is the guy you want to go and ask for when you go there. He was with me for over three hours because I couldn’t decide what to do in the entire time we were together he looked at me directly in the eyes as While speaking and had feedback for all my concerns and questions. This gentleman truly went way above and beyond. He deserves more than a 5 Star rating. In my review, I’m going to give him 10 stars. He told me what I need to go back For any type of service to contact him first. This gentleman even followed up with me in the evening to see how I was enjoying my new purchase. Sun Toyota Extremely lucky lucky to have Michael Shumaker On their team. I hope they do whatever they can to keep him there. Should he go elsewhere I will follow him wherever he goes. I hope that people read the reviews for Sun Toyota In. See this. You will not regret going there and asking for this gentleman.
