My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. If you're interested in purchasing a vehicle without all the hassle that comes with it... Sunrise is the place for you.

I picked up a 2026 Expedition Platinum with the Ultimate package a few weeks ago and I’ve been really happy with it so far. First, I’ve got to mention my sales guy, Tom Spicer. He made the whole process easy—no runaround, no wasting time, just straight to the point. That alone made a big difference. As soon as I got it, I had all the windows tinted (everything except the pano roof), and went with ceramic tint. I also added clear ceramic on the windshield. It looks great and makes a huge difference here in the Florida heat. Driving it has honestly been the biggest surprise. For a big SUV, it’s super smooth and feels really solid. But the engine is what really got me. It absolutely screams when you get on it. This is definitely not the same kind of 6-cylinder I had in my 2019 Explorer—it’s a completely different animal. When you need to get up to speed, it does it fast without even trying. Inside is exactly what you’d expect from a Platinum—really comfortable, loaded with tech, and just a nice place to be. One thing I didn’t expect was how good the B&O sound system is. I believe it’s 22 speakers with a separate sub, and it really rocks. Easily one of the better factory systems I’ve heard. BlueCruise is also a nice bonus and makes highway driving a lot more relaxed. Overall, no regrets at all. It’s smooth, quick, comfortable, and just feels like a big upgrade all around.

I wasn't able to sleep feeling they where going to do and say anything to close the sale. I would get sick to my stomach just going into finance. They would high pressure me to buy things I never used, which made my lease note higher and leaving praying I didn't lose the car because of such a high note. Robert and Frank were so great! This time... I left feeling happy and stress free, and with the car I really wanted and could afford, instead of a car they wanted me to have and did whatever it took to make the sale. The Management team is wonderful! I'm so happy they weeded out the bad. I would recommend that a woman could go to Ziegler Honda and not worry about being taken advantage of. The Soul had a few issues, Dan and team were fair and reasonable with resolutions including the sunroof! A strong recommendation that you consider Capitol City for your next ride. I called the service department on October 15, 2025. Because I thought that the front collision avoidance system on my new 2025 Telluride was not operating. I Spoke with Giana. And asked if I stopped by could one of the techs look at it and ascertain if it was just shut off, or if it was something else, and I would have to make an appointment for service. She was very accommodating and advised me to stop down. When I arrived I spoke with Erin. Who came out to see if there was a reason for the system to be off. But it looked fine. Then Rubio. One of the service technicians came over to look at it. And he took it for a test drive. When he came back he advised me that all of the systems were working as they should be. He also explained to me how and under what conditions the front collision avoidance system works. I want to thank Giana and Erin for helping me and especially Rubio for taking the time to test drive the car and for explaining the system to me.
