I did my entire deal o we the phone. Laura was a pleasure to deal with, she kept me up to date on when my vehicle arrived on the lot, sent me pictures, made the whole process flow smoothly. I had no problems driving 170+ miles to make my purchase, and I would do it again!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

When I saw the videos of the new 2019 RAM come out I knew I had to wait for these to come out as opposed to getting a 2018 off the lot. After searching various dealers when the 2019's just started to arrive I could not find the truck with all the options I wanted. I didn't want to buy a 60k+ truck and not have it perfect. Due to that I decided to place my first Factory Order for a car and build it to the exact specs I wanted. I was connected to the sales team at Ourisman in Clarksville, MD and I could not be happier with the end result. I live in Northern VA and the drive for me was about 80 miles but it was worth every bit of my time. I placed the order for my truck on Saturday 4/28 and it came in 7 weeks later on 6/16 when I picked it up. Through the entire process I was helped my Matt Moon in sales. Matt was super responsive with my all my questions while I was waiting on the truck and let me know the day it made it to the dealer. Matt made for a very pleasant buying experience and I would recommend anyone to him. My entire purchase was a NO NONSENSE process and it was an amazing experience. My sales price on the truck and trade in on my car were all agreed to when I placed the order back in April. There was no discussion of price when the truck came in and I actually got the truck for EVEN LESS since I could take advantage of a new rebate that I could not use before. I really got an amazing price on this truck. If you are in the market for a new truck there is nothing better on the road than these 2019 RAM's. You just have to test drive one to know how great they really are. The interior in the high end trims like the Limited I purchased are just jaw dropping gorgeous. I went in just to look for a car, i had no intention of buying at that time. But something told me to go look.
I wasn't disappointed. Terry was very knowledgeable about Jeeps and helped me reach a decision that day. I had never bought a car before. I'm very happy to say that you all were the first dealer that I bought my car from. I'm so happy with my Wrangler. My father plans to come to you guys to buy his Jeep Unlimited! The customer service was amazing!

I am sad to see so many negative reviews. My experience was nothing but exceptional! I started my process via online and someone called me within hours to talk with me about my choices. From there I set an appointment and was in right away. They were kind, understanding, and just as excited as me for my new purchase! Gina was my sales person and she was intentional about understanding my needs, my wants, and my budget. She worked through Plan A and Plan B and we looked at all options. Once I made a choice on the Jeep Patriot, the finance crew came onto my purchase. The Sales Manager came in and met me, the Manager of the location came in and offered me some food as it was lunch time, and my finance person came in a few times to tell me she was happy with the deal, but knew I could get better and wanted a few more minutes to get something a little better for me. She was not wrong, she was able to get my payment lower, add in extended warranty, and was so excited for me as well. When I got outside to "Delivery Lane" Gina was outside with me taking selfies, took a picture of me with my new car and helped me program all the wireless functions. She made sure I knew every feature and button in my car before I left the lot! All of this to say that each person in my experience was TOP NOTCH, and each person was professional, caring, and wanted to see my goal of a new car happen in a way that worked for me. I would suggest giving them a try and ask for Gina! She was awesome!!! Good luck for those out there shopping for a new Jeep! I know I am in love my new Jeep!
Visited my folks recently in VA and went with my sister car shopping. Agan helped find the perfect vehicle for her. His customer service was great and we were really impressed with the smooth process.
I have been shopping for a new jeep wrangler for over two years and could write a book about the abysmal experiences I had with dealers all over the northeast (North Carolina dealers in general were the worst to deal with). It is amazing how much lying and shenanigans are pulled by dealers (included swapping tires after purchase in the hopes I would not notice). This is the only dealer in a 300 mile radius that 1) did not try to slip some bogus charge into the price, 2) did not lie about the jeeps that they had on the lot, and 3) did their very best to get all the paperwork expedited. While I could have done without all the attempts to sell add on's after a deal was reached (I understand that this is mandated from top down but wish it would go away), the rest of the buying process was straightforward and relatively pain free. It was such a refreshing experience that I would buy from them again and have the car shipped to me even if I did not live near them. Gina especially made the process so much more pleasant and she is a model representative.
Great experience, great people, fast service. Came in knowing what I wanted and Maxwell Overby was terrific. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into something we didn't want. The general sales manager, John Melber, was also a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a Cherokee from Gerry and he was by far the best salesman I have worked with. He was low key but still appoachable; my three year old even loved him. The prices were competitive, facility was clean, and the finance team got you in and out without feeling rushed so you did not overlook anything during the paperwork phase.
