Most car buying experiences are often wrought with the misfortune of a dealership who's not it tune with it's clients until Audi Silverspring. I met Ryan Henehan [Inventory Mgr] while waiting for information about a specific trim but he personified the understanding of a certain culture of leadership that titles do not make leaders.His understanding of "Taking Ownership" is why we ended up buying our vehicle here. Ryan possesses an acute sense of Relational Intelligence from his measured words that had succinct impact,to exemplary follow-up even when i'd expressed that I was moving on to other alternatives. Ryan isn't part of the sales staff but I tell you,he became the most important person to whom my wife and I committed our loyalty. Even though we haven???t worked out a deal yet this is by far the best dealer ship experience i???ve had. Greeted right from the front door and sat right down with the Sales Rep i was speaking to all day without an appointment! They are doing everything they can to find a good car for me and my expecting family! Thanks again to Leslie & Abdul!
John was great in making my purchase a bit easier. They promised to bring car to me in VA and get moonroof deflector installed and neither happened. But, they did pay for an Uber to bring me out to them. Ended up missing work :( and stuck in rush-hour traffic but love my car!
Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.
We purchased (2) more vehicles for our business from Koons recently. They coordinated our van upfit with our outside vendor, and coordinated the paperwork to make for a seemless and expeditious buying process. Pricing was agressive and the Ben & Dave worked hard to get us the deal we needed.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
This was my first time at Criswell and my first Chevy! Anthony was the type of salesman you want to deal with. knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He listened to me about what I wanted and went out of his ways to get it.
Syed was awesome. Very professional and efficient. Got a preowned Tesla which are hard to find. Super clean. Runs great. There was only one key but they brought the second key in the next day. Highly recommended!

I had a scheduled appointment for service this morning and was greatest by the service staff with a smile, and handshake and most importantly, sense of confidence that my vehicle will be well cared for. I can't believe I was in and out in about an hour and had coffee in the waiting room as a bonus. Victor Clash always takes great care of me and my vehicle being pleasant , friendly, and most importantly, trustworthy. I ran into Brent Ivie, service manager walking into the waiting room who asked if I needed anything, wow! Thanks for such a great service experience.
John was amazing, the best experience I???ve had with a car salesman. Was not pushy and listened to my needs/wants to try and help me determine the best fit. Unfortunately I went and drive a VW Tiguan and fell in love with the new redesign and went forward with them. Nothing more John could have done but will certainly recommend John to anyone looking for a Jeep.
