2022 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

The ultimate one-stop shop! I am extremely busy working from home, and Erin made buying my Mercedes completely stress-free. She worked entirely around my schedule, provided detailed videos of the car, and got me the exact financing I needed. Being able to sign online and meet halfway for pickup was amazing. They offer everything from detailing to warranties without being pushy. Ask for Erin if you want a seamless experience!

My boyfriend and I had an appointment with Zack Johnson at 11am today and we arrived early and was met by Zack. We proceeded to have a seat at his desk and advised what vehicle we were interested in 2022 Hyundai Tuscon SEL. Zack was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never rushed us and worked with us to get the payment to work within our budget. We had the best time in this dealership, not stressed and everything worked out and we left with our new car. Thank you for all you have done for us. Theresa and Jeff

They also had a good follow up after the purchase to see that I was happy with what I bought. I highly recommend tham for a used or new car purchase.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander review
2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

Rachel, the salesperson had set up an appointment to look at some ussd cars. She was professional and so very kind. Knowledgeable and she set up test drives for the 2 vehicles I was interested in. Rachel showed me all the options each car had to offer. After choosing the car I wanted, She then sent me to the finance department and waited there until the process was completed. Got my car ready and even helped me to connect my phone to the car

Bergey's Volkswagen of Wilkes-Barre review
Rick was exceptionally courteous with service and worked with us throughout for our vehicle. Thanks!
2023 Mitsubishi Outlander review
2023 outlander SE, now has 6500 miles on it. We bought it mostly because it was the best value, and a relative has one and recommended it. We love it, was concerned about power but it has plenty if not in the fuel saving mode..which got us 36mpg highway. Took awhile to get used to all the safety features, but in short they are great. We’ve used all seven seats a couple of times, the back two are ok for short trips, but that was expected. They fold away nicely. Paint was perfect, it’s some kind of white diamond, looks different depending on sunlight. There are a lot of sw driven options, could be confusing for older non-sw savvy folks. We have only used service for one issue, which turned out to be a user configurable issue (lane encroachment warning). It was working as designed, also the cruise control front vehicle avoidance was a pleasant surprise. Love this vehicle. We live on a pot hole filled dirt road, vehicle taking it well so far. It does have a stiff suspension, noticeable on our dirt road, but fine on paved roads. It is the all wheel drive version, we’ll see how it handles snow soon. Oh, ground clearance is decent, not too low. We do not have the on board guidance system, but can use apple play. Wife would have preferred this option. Another good surprise, it e-mails us notifications of warnings on the dash board, like “low tire pressure”. Cool. One last thing, we very seldom see another one on the road. Odd…this is a great vehicle.

Belzer’s recently did my 50k mileage service. Great service advisor in Creed. Done early and exactly on price quoted! Thank you.
2024 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

IThey truly do treat you more like a family friend than a bag of money. The personal aspect is what makes me smile when I think of this team. Shout out to Brian and Clay in Sales and Jerry in Finance. These guys are amazing! I wish I could just hang out with them since I don't buy cars THAT often. lol You won't find a better team in car sales!

Went in straightforward cause made an appointment for open circuit second one in 3-4 years both times pcm was to blame but the fixed other problems like my moon roof drain being plugged. Also pulled the carpet back to dry everything out but now listening to music and talking on the car speakers is more rattly then I can remember
2022 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is our go-to dealership for a reason! We've purchased several Jeeps from them over the years and have always had an excellent experience. We've even confidently referred our family and friends, and they've been just as happy. Steve is absolutely great to work with, and Sheryl is fantastic too. Their professionalism and helpfulness make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend them!
2022 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Own 2 2022 Outlanders. Both have been great. More bells and whistles than I’ve ever had. View is great and interior is awesome. Seats and driving position are excellent. 360 camera and all the sensors make parking easier. Fits so much. 3 issues I have is no spare tire, center console trim comes undone over time and both had shaking hoods that was part of a recall that took a while to get fixed.

We spent an entire weekend at multiple dealerships driving multiple cars and dealing with lots of sales folks. Out salesman, Clint, went above and beyond! Our buying experience was epic, worry free, stress free. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Zero pressure and super knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
