CarMax Hulen Mall review
Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

Excellent customer service. Everybody involved seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely will be back!
2025 RAM 1500 review
I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

2025 RAM 1500 review
2026 Limited with Hemi. When you accelerate it sounds and feels like a warm buzz in your belly. It isn't a street racer, but it still goes like xxxx. They are getting rid of the eTorque in 2027, but who cares: it is fully covered until 2036. The 5.7 is the most reliable engine they ever made, and 19 mpg overall is pretty good milage. The Limited ride is so smooth it feels like it floats. The 1/4-3/4 rear bed-door and ram boxes add convenience for all sorts of things. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is a luxury ride.

Palm Springs NissanReviews
Palm Springs Nissan review
Do not trust the verbal agreements made by the sales team at Palm Springs Nissan.I purchased a used 2020 Nissan Altima here on June 25, 2026, from salesman Alfredo R. The vehicle was delivered with only one key fob. Alfredo explicitly promised me that the previous owner was returning the second key and that he would ship it directly to my residence. Three months later, I have received absolutely nothing. When I followed up to resolve this, I spoke with Manager Alex Gonzalez, whose response was entirely unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of honoring the commitment made by his sales team, he evaded accountability by stating "used cars just come like that." He then attempted to turn their unfulfilled promise into a sales pitch, claiming a replacement key costs $600 but offering a "discount" to sell me one.A manager’s job is to ensure integrity, honor team commitments, and resolve customer issues fairly—not to exploit a salesman's empty promise to extract more money from a customer. Alex Gonzalez showed a complete lack of leadership and customer service. I highly recommend taking your business to a dealership that values honesty and stands behind their word.
2025 RAM 1500 review
I have the Tungsten trim level and it’s the ultimate luxury pickup truck! The only thing I would recommend is to have a rear seat zone heating and air conditioning system. There is not enough air flow in the rear seating.

Arrow Point Auto MallReviews
Arrow Point Auto Mall review
I recently had the most incredible, positive and rewarding experience while purchasing an auto Arrow Point. Being a single female, trust, truth and no pressure are extremely important to me, and working with the ultimate professionals such as Maisie in sales and Mandy in financing led me to make to decide to purchase a vehicle, a decision I had sat on for a year. They showed me the possibilities and made it very easy to chose a vehicle through Arrow Point. They definitely have a lifelong customer in me, and I highly recommend the dealership to anyone. Go talk to Maisie! She is wonderful!

Volkswagen Of Fort MyersReviews
Volkswagen Of Fort Myers review
I have never had such an amazing experience in my life. We went to the dealer just to look at 2 different styles of VW's, we had to purchase a car within the next few weeks so we had just started looking. NO we were not excited about having to purchase a new vehicle, the plan was to check them out and narrow it down to which we would be interested in. Well let me say this, Hunter is amazing. He came out and we talked, told him our intentions and the things we were looking for price, mileage, and different features. Long story short he met all our requirements and came in 6,000 less then our max and it was not one of the cars we initially set out to see. There were plenty of cars that would have topped us out and of course I am sure put more money into his pocket but that was not his strategy. We sat down with the finance dept who's name is Chris and again I was blown away by the communication and the honesty. Hunter not only showed us the vehicle but he pointed out all the features and also gave us some history about VW and the manufacturing of their vehicles. Needless to say thanks to both of them we left with a vehicle. We could not be happier with our purchase and am so thankful to Hunter and Chris for making the experience painless and fun. There is no doubt if we ever need another vehicle, I absolutely will return there and nowhere else.
