Called in after seeing a large amount of oil under my 2018 Ram. Service got me right in, diagnosed the problem, informed me of situation and fix, fixed it up and had me on my way in no time at all. Overall great job!
Oil, tire rotation, and recall service. Dropped it off after closing time and got a call that it was ready to pick up the next morning when I got into the office. I didn’t ask for a rush order, but they got it done really fast.

I walked into Dodge of Burnsville after work one day looking for a new work truck, the place was pretty busy. Malcolm asked if I needed help with anything, And I told him what I was looking for and he took me around and showed me a few trucks that they had available. Shortly after that I had a family issue come up and had to put on hold my purchase of a new truck. Malcolm kept in contact while I was I was taking care of my family, and during that time, the exact truck I wanted showed up a the the lot and Malcolm reached out to me and we struck a deal on a 2018 3500 that i wanted. Malcolm is truly an asset to Dodge of Burnsville, an Is great at his job! Even after my purchase he kept in touch to see how things are going, which I think Is truly a window into his character as a person! I will ONLY do business Malcolm from this point on, and have already referred a few friends to Malcolm for there next purchase!

We bought our 1st VW there when we lived in Wisconsin. Then we moved to Texas and we drove all the day to Minnesota to purchase our Golf Wagen 4Motion. You might ask why? In Texas, we have VW dealerships but not as friendly, professional and with a staff who helps you to have the best deal. We had only four days to bring the car home and the staff they gave us a great car with an awesome deal. We had a good time and a fun trip. We would drive again for our next VW.

I bought a 2016 Ram 1500 Pick-up from Chris Weinberger. I bought my 2001 Ram 1500 Pick-up from Waconia Dodge 17 years ago. Chris was courteous, helpful, and not "pushy". He was a good listener and was very helpful showing us the vehicle we were looking at, and with showing us all of it's features. The vehicle process is not something I enjoy, seeing my last pick-up purchase was 17 years ago. Chris made it quite easy.

I highly recommend this dealership! I worked with Greg Grillo as my sales guy....he is so personable, patient, kind and works hard to get you in the vehicle you are looking for! When Greg wasn't available, the other sales staff stepped in to assist me. When I picked up my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, Greg sat with me for a lengthy stretch of time to walk me through all of the features in my new vehicle. He has also followed up with me a couple of times since my purchase, to make sure I am happy with my purchase.
We called before going in to test drive a car and the person who helped us was Kent, when we test drove the car he showed us some other options and we absolutely fell in love with a car that he showed us! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got a good deal, by far the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Purchased a 2019 Pacifica. The sales person Aaron and finance manager Ryan were fantastic. They are both extremely customer focused and did not use any pressure tactics. Always have had great service from this dealership
