Phillips Chevrolet of LansingReviews
Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing review
I was very happy that I chose to come to Phillip Chevrolet in Lansing, because the salesman I had was very polite, knowledgeable, and an awesome salesman. I would definitely give his name to family and friends who's interested in purchasing a car. Everyone at this dealership are very nice and pleasant. I didn't have to wait a long time each time I came for service. I will continue coming to Phillips Chevrolet for any service I need on my Chevy Trax because I know that the work will be done correct. Also the service department staff is very polite and knowledgeable and it's so nice when customers receive a bag of Famous Amos cookies 🍪 I love them. Thank you Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing for all that you do. Dine Morris

Team was very helpful and accommodating. We came in a bit later than expecting but the staff still took the time working with us. Chip was great to take care of us and let us come back at a later time to ensure he got the car detailed and tank filled.

Russ Darrow Toyota review
Overall the experience was excellent, Klinton and Janessa were very easy to work with. The only disappointment is that the second key's battery is dead, does not start and react with the truck at all, totally dead. The dealership should check each key before handing them to customers. That Friday was very busy at the dealership, my truck was not washed and cleaned when I took ownership, it was just a minor observation but it should've been done even though they were busy. With the minor issues, they did a great job overall and they deserve a 5 star rating. There is always room for improvement and I hope they take this review seriously and improve along the way. Thank you Klinton and Janessa, good luck!

2018 Chevrolet Malibu review
This Malibu 1.5 handles better than any car I've ever have even when in heavy rain. The turbo engine takes off like a rocket to get away from terrible drivers on toll roads. I have extra trunk capacity, leg room, super comfortable. The batteries need to be replaced about every 3 years though. There was a recall on the fuel injection modulator for this year. I had to order the replacement part from a private part store due to a shortage of that replacement part. The dealership installed it for me since they had no part to offer. I have had no other problems with this car, very low maintenance required. It is absolutely beautiful, fantastic, and fun to drive!

James Wood Motors, Inc review
We've purchased two vehicles from James Wood and the most recent won't be our last. Their customer service is unmatched. We drove 300+ miles to pick up our new cars and it's totally worth it. No haggling, back n forth games, or pressure. Just up front honesty and small town friendly employees.
2022 Chevrolet Malibu review
I purchased my Malibu LS almost a year ago and remain very satisfied with this vehicle, it looks very classy, it is very fuel efficient, it is very peppy with the 4cyl turbo engine, this is very good more basic transportation compared to other brands, if your not hung up on having all the bells and whistles buy this car!!!

Richardson Ford Inc.Reviews
Richardson Ford Inc. review
My experience with Richardson Ford was great. Found the car I wanted on Sunday, contacted Norman on Monday and Thursday it was in my driveway. The people were friendly, easy to work with. I had the same car previously so I didn’t need to test drive it. I live over an hour from the dealership, they had their drivers bring it to me. Paul found me a good finance offer. I would definitely recommend Richardson Ford to everybody.
2018 Chevrolet Malibu review
Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

Fernando took care of my Kia soul shortage 100k service and went Over and above. He rocks! My car was stalling and now it runs so smoothly. We got a free Uber home since it was going to take a while to repair and then another Uber to return to the dealership to pick up my car. And he also got my low headlight fixed for free. I travel to this particular dealership because of their great service and professionalism even though there's another dealership closer to me. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FERNANDO

Had to take my new vehicle in for a check. I was a little nervous at first, but as the visit continued, the staff made me feel exceptional! The representative's name is Demarco Murry! He was kind, and patient as well as knowledgeable! The environment was very comfortable! Great experience, great staff!????

The key factor was Michael Izigna. He was polite, knowledgeable and straight forward. I appreciated not going back and forth to get the end result I wanted.

2023 Chevrolet Malibu review
We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Orr Nissan Central review
When I asked God to send me to the right person he brought me Victor Kienka with ORR Nissan Central in OKC I give a huge SHOUTOUT to Victor for being such a huge help with my vehicle search! He was incredibly patient and professional throughout the whole process. He didn't just try to sell me anything; He actually provided expert advice on what would work best for me. He knew exactly what I needed and was looking for. This was definitely one of the most honest and helpful car-buying experiences I?ve had. It was fast I didn?t have to wait long at all. I definitely highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their perfect car. A dream come true?.I thank God everyday and very happy for my car.

Alex made everything an absolute breeze. He was transparent about the numbers from start to finish and completely took the hassle out of the whole process. 10/10 service all around. Will deal with him again next time I’m in the market.
