The alignment was out just enough such that on a level road the car had a slight pull to the right. The technician was able to notice the same and adjusted it to where it tracks dead on straight ahead. With tires running a grand for a set of 4, the extra $150 was well worth the cost to make them last a long time. This dealer has very good technicians.

The finance manager, however, did not have the paperwork ready when I walked out and promised me that they would be delivered with the car. The car was delivered two days later and no paperwork in the car. I don?t think anybody needs to beg for paperwork and it should be ready within a few days. Thanks to a wonderful woman who works in sales at the dealership , she FedEx me the papers. That was the only problem that I had and it was very frustrating.
