Bozard FordReviews
Bozard Ford review
I previously purchased a vehicle from Bozard in 2023 and it was an amazing experience! I decided to purchase a new 2026 Ford Explorer and I reached out to the same sales rep I worked with before. Devin was very quick to respond and was able to work through some issues I had with the deal. I also worked with Ricky in the finance department and all I can say is he went above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealership! He is extremely personable and helped me work through some different options to get to the payment I wanted. In the end, it was the best possible experience I could have imagined. I also really appreciate they do not have any dealer markups or addendums on their vehicles! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Devin and Ricky! I will definitely be back again for my next vehicle!!
2021 BMW 540 review
This is my first new BMW in 10 years. Although a few touches remain the same, the car is mostly a new design. The interior is sumptuous in the cognac color; the light package allows for a change in ambiance and feeling. There are three driving modes that add to the feel of the wheel and car. The new 48 volt electrical system overcomes the stop mode so that I can pull away from a stop with smooth ease. The engine is a power house with a smooth and potent turbo. I added the larger brakes with the red calipers for stopping and looks with the 19" wheels. Very happy with the purchase.

Kevin was the best sales advisor I’ve ever worked with. He answered all our questions directly and there was absolutely no pressure. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone considering buying a BMW. Also, the Motorwerks dealership was very impressive with 4 floors of showroom space plus a large dealer lot and comfortable customer lounge.

BMW of Roseville review
I had such an amazing experience leasing my new BMW, and I can?t say enough great things about Shaun! From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. What really stood out to me was his exceptional customer service. He was patient, transparent, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. It?s rare to find someone who makes the car-buying experience this easy and enjoyable! I absolutely love my new BMW, and Shaun played a huge part in making the experience so memorable. If you?re in the market for a BMW, do yourself a favor and ask for Shaun! You won?t be disappointed. I?ll definitely be recommending him to everyone I know! ??

This was by far my best buying experience ever at dealer. I was looking at a used BMW they had and I lived three hours away. From the initial contact with Justin Snead, they went above and beyond! I had some very specific asks about some mechanical points and conditions of the car and Justin and his sales manager Alex exceeded my expectations by phone calls, photos, text’s and videos. This team treated me like I was buying a new $100K car not a used one! When I got there, the car was even better than described and the whole BMW team was welcoming and glad we were there.

Johnny was very nice and professional. I met some real sales xxxxxxx at about 7-8 dealerships. The Mazda was a little too fancy and rode a little too low for me, but would be a great buy for someone else. I saw the following day, the price was jacked about $8,000.00 higher ($24k) Even at $16,000.00, it wasn’t a good fit for me and I went with a 2023 Honda HRV, which I rented after a hit and run accident and ended up really liking.

It was my first time going to Stevens Creek after years of using Los Gatos Acura ( now Capitol Acura) Although the wait for my turn when I arrived was long, I appreciated the good service and especially that they washed my car before I picked it up. Suburban Toyota of Troy review
I entered, 23-25 Toyota Camry awd, in search, and the first car that came up I asked to see it, got quick response and appointment. Then I came and did a test drive. Very friendly and patient staff. Then came again for trade in estimate. Less that couple weeks later I did purchase. I do wish there was more literature that could be reviewed, about different plans available, provided prior to final signing.
2023 BMW 540 review
A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.

Transparent, not pushy, and explained all the steps in the process. Looking forward to continuing to do business with Carlos, Joe, and the rest of the team there at Elk Grove BMW. Skipped over 2 closer dealerships to lease my i4 from this team.

The salesman Justin was good. However what comes across on line through the site for pricing and financing do not match what is the actual at the dealership.

AutoNation Ford Gulf FreewayReviews
AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway review
I live about 600 miles from AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway, so all of my communications were by telephone, text, and e-mail. I worked with Myles Fillmer. He was very professional and delivered everything that he promised. I purchased a new Mustang EcoBoost Premium. The contract was handled online with the final paperwork being signed at a local AutoNation Chevrolet dealer. After completing the paperwork, the car was delivered to my home a few days later. Overall, it was a great experience.

Morrie's West End LincolnReviews
Morrie's West End Lincoln review
I was in from out of state for work. Car breaks down. (Battery just wore down after 4 - 5 years.) I was stuck. Technology these days limits the "just drop in a new battery" mindset of days past - or I would have. It seems "extra", but if I could give the service team at Morries 6 or 7 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Not only were they able to quickly get me on my way, but the "white glove" service that they provided throughout the process was unlike any that I have experienced from a service team at any dealership. From Eric, to Steve, to Zach - each one of the team members took time to listen to my questions, answer thoughtfully, and provide additional solutions and suggestions for down the road. Since I live a couple of states away, I did not buy my vehicle from Morries. But I can tell you this --- it I lived anywhere close to Minneapolis, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. Thank you guys for your professionalism in getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Well Done!! Keith K.

AutoNation Toyota Gulf FreewayReviews
AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway review
I selected the vehicle and in between them, transferring it to their lot lost my credit card and was unable to put down my deposit and they held the car until I got my new credit card in and was able to make the down payment. During that time, they never called and pressured me But stayed in touch every two or three days. I’m very impatient and I made that clear. I wanted to get in and out and not be herded from one group of people to another group of people and so forth and so on. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out with the vehicle was 36 minutes. I purchased a preowned vehicle Which I’ve never done with a dealer and I’m very pleased with the vehicle. My personal experience was Excellent.

2024 BMW 540 review
Best driving BMW. Traded in 2013 550i. Torque, acceleration, & handling of new 540 surpasses my old 550. Could use more interior storage. The seats were slightly more Comfortable in my old 550. So far, I'm impressed with the new 540.
