Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear window washer blockage. Service tech found exhaust baffle blocked due to icing, heated and greased with great success. Tech also found washer fluid line blocked and frozen. This problem was also corrected. Tech performed a complete vehicle inspection as well. All service work was accomplished with no charge. The dealership also provided me with a brand new 2026 GLC courtesy car for the day. Five Star ⭐️ service including my time spent with Tom O’Connor my service advisor!

I recently purchased my 2019 Audi RS5 from this dealership, The salesman who helped me was an Ethos super-friendly and helpful guy, who was the ONLY guy who came up to me and talked to me about the car. The buying experience was a little bumpy with not getting the price that we wanted for our traded-in 2018 Audi Q5 we had to work out a fair offer for it, on the finance side of things we got helped out pretty well but we wished that they had printed all the paperwork out for us instead od just sending us an email of 53 pages of finance work. The car drives great its a beast but the first week we had it the check engine light went on due to the gas cap sensor, and i also got unlucky with a screw in my back tire which cost me $500+ but that wasnt the dealers fault overall this dealership is good service but just wished we could have gotten more for our trade in as well as my car having no issues with it.

I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. But I was treated courteously, given a reasonable expectation of how long it would take, (that time estimate was accurate) and a clear statement that the problem was due to an error by the service department. I appreciate that acceptance of accountability. The oil change and car wash was nice, too.
