2013 Beetle, stretched timing chain, 82,000 miles, $3600 job turned out was covered under warranty. Took them 3 weeks, it's a big job, lots of parts and labor intensive. That car runs as if it were brand new. We are pleased.

Ed was SO helpful! We had such a great experience with him and the rest of the team at Spitzer! Buying a new car can be such a daunting process but he listened to what we were looking for without the pressure I've experienced at other dealerships. AND he was able to steer us in the right direction, keeping in mind the features we were looking for and our budget.

Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston review
My husband and I just bought a new Toyota Rav4 from this location and we are very satisfied with our purchase. We worked with Demarcus Craft and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was personable and professional. It was our first time buying a car, Demarcus had no problem answering every question we had and explaining them in detail so that we could be confident in our decision. We also did our finances with Matthew Laurence and he was very kind. We are very happy with our experience at Fred Anderson Toyota.

Southern Nissan ChesapeakeReviews
Southern Nissan Chesapeake review
I had an excellent experience working with Cory & the dealership who were informative, worked with me to get a great vehicle at under 2% APR for the portion I financed, & were very helpful. After the vehicle was purchased, they remained very helpful. I didn't think that an SUV that wasn't a hybrid or similar could get over 35 MPG on average, but mine has over my first 4000 miles. My personal best for a single trip was over 46 miles per gallon. With adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane change avoidance, Android auto, and great safety ratings, I can keep safe while maintaining productive drives. I love my Rogue SV and am so thankful for Cory and the manager as well at Hall Nissan Chesapeake.

Wayne Akers Ford review
I had a great experience at Wayne Akers Ford! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. JP was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just honest communication and great customer service. I ended up purchasing a new Ford F-150, and I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the deal. JP made sure the deal went through smooth and super quick. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for JP at Wayne Akers Ford. Great experience all around!

City Volkswagen of ChicagoReviews
City Volkswagen of Chicago review
Alex is the man! He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire car-buying process without ever making me feel pressured. I had appointments scheduled with other dealerships, and Alex was completely understanding of that. He periodically checked in to see if I needed anything, offering support and answering questions without being pushy or making me feel obligated to make a decision. Ultimately, I decided to purchase my vehicle from City Volkswagen of Chicago, and I’m glad I did. The facility was clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pricing was unbeatable compared to the other options I considered. The entire experience felt smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Alex really stood out because of his professionalism, patience, and respect for my time and decision-making process. He made the experience enjoyable and gave me confidence in my purchase. If you’re looking for a dealership that offers great customer service, competitive pricing, and a no-pressure buying experience, I highly recommend City Volkswagen of Chicago. Be sure to ask for Alex — he’ll take great care of you!

We saw the alfa romeo online 2 weeks ago my husband went and saw it. Couldn't test drive because recalls need to be fixed. They got it all fixed up and give us the paperwork for the testing that was done. They call my husband that it was done with in a week or less. My husband and I came down took test ride he love it it was so clean and nice and the price was just right and we got to take it home that night. They even got us full car insurance just took about 1/2 hour extra and everything else went smoothly. Thanks Steve for helping us and for staying late and to the other gentleman that stayed and helped to sorry did get his name

Hiley Mazda VW of Arlington review
I had a great experience purchasing my 2025 Mazda CX-5 Preferred from Hiley Mazda Arlington. After speaking with several dealerships and salespeople, this was the only team that worked with me in a straightforward and transparent way. Jennifer kept me in the loop throughout the process — thank you, Jennifer. We were able to agree on a fair out-the-door price ahead of time, and she honored it exactly when I came in. No pressure, no surprises, and the process was efficient from start to finish. I appreciate the professionalism and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Mazda.

I had a great experience working with Joey at Volkswagen of Neptune. He was honest, informative, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options so I could make the right decision. If you’re looking for a salesperson who is knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely wants to help, I highly recommend asking for Joey. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thanks again for the excellent service!
2023 Volkswagen Taos review
2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Leaving the #1 reason of buying the car on the side for now which is the value for money 💰. The car fits all my needs, fuel economy, very comfort driving. The service package comes with it is impressive. I’m 6.3 and I can drive comfortably and there is enough legroom for anyone sits behind me. I think this car solved a very big problem when it comes to price, performance and comfort!
