He was helped by Nadim, who then worked his "okole" (Hawaiian slang) off to get me to come down from L.A. to check out the car. He ran numbers for me and made them work. So, instead of me spending my day in a somber crying jag, I ended up finding and purchasing the car of my dreams. Matt helped answer my finance, warranty, seat cover, car cover questions and Emilio (forgive me I may have this name wrong), showed me all the technical aspects of the car. I know my angel in heaven helped me along the way. And it was a clincher when we turned on teh radio and it was already set to my favorite station KJAZZ. Go figure. Thank you Team Nash for your wonderful attitude, knowledge, tenacity and perseverence to bring the monthly in at an affordable rate for me. I ended up having a terrific day and it was all because of you folks. Can't wiat to start this new chapter in my life!

2019 Audi A5 review
I’ve only had this car for a few days. I’m in love with it. Only 13000 miles. Still has that new car smell 😁. The ride is great! As I stated earlier I’m a return customer. I previously owned a Mercedes that I purchased from you guys. I got excellent service with it. Had no complaints. The car was seven years old when I traded it. And only a bit over 40000 miles on it.

After more than a month of waiting and getting nowhere, he accomplished in one day. That level of responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days. Billy Robinson is exactly the kind of employee every dealership hopes to have. He is courteous, compassionate, accountable, and truly cares about his customers. 2019 Audi A5 review
This Quattro drives better than any car I've owned. I had the Audi A3 (2015) convertible, this Audi A5 convertible was an upgrade and I'm completely in love with it. The all-wheel drive is amazing, the handling is tight and precision, the back seats are much more roomier than the A3, my kids love it. All-around incredible vehicle.

We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

I had a excellent experience with this nice dealership at Audi Novi in MI State. I wanted to visit them in person but i own a restaurant and i just simple don't have the time to go there. My salesman was very nice and professional. He kept me on updates on the whole deal of what's going on with the paper work and the time and date of shipping the 2016 silver Mercedes Benz C450 AMG 4door sedan car. It's just what i been looking for. It had to be this make and model series car. This model came out with collision prevention assist plus, eye's heads up display, intelligent drive, front collision prevention and distronic plus steering assist. I am happy with the price of the car as well. I was very happy when it arrived in my front drive way. The driver was kind enough to drive it in my back yard. I drove it around in my local town and highway, the car runs and drives excellent, i wish y'all could see the look and smile on my face. I will be buying from them again soon. I will keep checking on there web site off and on looking. I have other auto's on my list i want to buy from them soon. I been collecting car's since i was 18 years old. I'm 57 now. My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

Excellent handling vehicle, very comfortable providing more room than A4. Car has extreme control and brakes on a dime. Definitely would recommend on the open road with music turned up.
