2019 Hyundai IONIQ Hybrid review
We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.

2022 Hyundai IONIQ Hybrid review
This car does what you want it to do superbly and no more. Excellent value, up to 70 mpg in the summer, about 45mpg in the winter. Interior is very comfortable, but not luxurious. Road noise could be improved. But this car has decades left in it at, and it was cheap enough to already be paid off.

I?ve had a long, rocky history with Dublin Toyota. I bought a Tacoma from them back in 2002, but when my wife and I went back 7 years ago for a Camry, we couldn't find a single person to help us. We walked out, went to the Honda dealership around the corner, and bought an Accord instead. I tried giving them one more shot recently to look at Tundras, but it was a total disaster. The salesman knew absolutely nothing about the trucks, dragged me all over the lot just trying to find them, and immediately started using high-pressure sales tactics. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. That disappointment led me online to find a better option, which is how I found AutoNation Toyota of Hayward. What a night-and-day difference! I worked with Omid to buy my new 4Runner last Saturday, and the experience was flawless. He was incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, played zero pricing games, and never pressured me into anything I didn?t want. I had purchased a couple of cars from Costa Mesa Autonation before. On Memorial Day, numerous Honda dealerships were have a promo. Naturally I picked the lowest advertisement and contacted them. I dealt with the numbers over the phone and once agreed, then I proceeded down to the dealership. Guess what ? Bait and switch. I scolded the sales rep and the finance mgr and left. Buena Park Honda, get a life ! Then I called Costa Mesa Honda. Again dealt the numbers over the phone. A mgr calls me and said I will received what was negotiated on the phone. I proceeded down to the dealership. I did not get the advertised deal. I got an even better one ! Peter was my sales rep. Greg was the finance rep. Awesome dudes to work with. Advice to consumers out there. Just go to Costa Mesa Honda and save yourself the trouble. Check out their prices online first. Very transparent. No games !

The fuel pump was replaced, but I was not warned that there would be an odor of fuel inside the car that would last for a few days. This is day two and the smell is not as strong but is still lingering. Also, I was told that they would provide a free car wash, but it didn't appear that it was done. I picked up the car inside a shaded area, and after seeing it in the sun when I got home, it was still dusty and fingerprints on the windows. A little disappointed.

We just bought our second new Honda (2026 Ridgeline and 2024 Pilot) from AutoNation Honda Sanford within the last 2 years. Very happy with how this dealership handles Internet-coordinated sales (most dealerships near Ocala are lacking in this respect). Amy was awesome to work with! She understood how I wanted to communicate, that I had specific requirements, and was very supportive through to the very end (keys in hand). It even involved a trade-in, but with lots of pictures and details we were able to reach an acceptable agreement on that too. We had ALL the details worked out before we ever arrived at the dealership to take delivery (90 min drive from Ocala). We showed up with the trade, test drove the Ridgeline, and finished everything as expected. I will say that I had already done a lot of research and knew exactly what I wanted. There were a few dealer equipment add-ons that I did not care much about, but those were reasonablely handled as well. Again, Amy was incredibly nice and helpful. I will absolutely refer friends to work with Amy at this dealership. We've had bad other dealership experiences in the past, but this is not one of them for us.

I purchased a new car at another dealership, but when I checked around online (CarMax, Carvana, etc.), AutoNation offered the best trade-in value by a significant amount on my used car. I was a little weary that it might not be worth the time for me to drive there to confirm that the online offer was valid. Turns out not only was the online offer validated, but it was overall a great experience. Ask for Alan Ribner. He was ready for me when I got there, checked out the car quickly and let me know the offer was good (again $$$$ more than the competition), and was just a pleasure to work with. The dealership was busy with lots of people, but it had no impact on AutoNation Leesburg purchasing my car, thanks to Alan. I normally HATE going to car dealerships because I feel trapped, and I have enjoyed the ease of CarMax and Carvana in the past. However, after selling my car to AutoNation, I would definitely use them again and have personally recommended it already to friends and family. My husband actually sold his car yesterday there and was also thrilled! If you want to get a great price for your used car, ask for Alan.
