We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

It's rare to find someone in leadership who is this hands-on, responsive, and truly invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. A huge thank you as well to Jason Larson, my sales consultant this time around, who was fantastic from start to finish. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. And I have to give a very special shoutout to Ivan, who I actually worked with previously as my sales consultant when purchasing another vehicle, so it was wonderful to see that he's since earned a promotion into finance--which is incredibly well deserved! It says a lot about Muller Honda that they recognize and promote great people, and Ivan continues to be one of them. Last time, I completed everything ahead of time, but this time I actually completed my credit application in the dealership, and even with that, Ivan had my finance paperwork completed in only about 30 minutes. He made what is usually the most stressful and time-consuming part of buying a car feel effortless, transparent, and efficient. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my beautiful new CR-V, I was in and out in under 2 hours, which honestly feels unheard of when purchasing a vehicle. 2016 Mazda CX-5 review
We bought our Mazda new after getting lemon law money back from a Ford Fiesta Fiasco. We love our Mazda and have had zero issues with it. At 107K miles now and runs great. We've only ever had to do normal maintenance on it and she still runs and looks great.

2016 Mazda CX-5 review
I've driving sports cars muscles cars and high end luxury cars. Mazda wins for the cost in reliability, features for cost, drivability, and design. It's drives nicer than it's competitors Honda, and toyota. BTW those are its competitors your buying a reliable car when you choose a mazda it's no Chevy Ford nissan or Hyundai garbage. Safety rating good. No cat transmission which some are okay but maintenance cost is less with mazda and they make their transmission in house and their solid reliable. Engine gets good gas mileage it's a big suv smaller motor but still plenty of get up and go for being a 4 cylinder if you consider it slow remember it's non turbo so less maintenance cost things to worry about plus still get great gas mileage.

2016 Mazda CX-5 review
I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!
